3–4 lb corned Beef brisket
2 Bay leaves
1 tbsp Black Peppercorns
4 whole Cloves
4 cloves Garlic , smashed
1 tsp whole Allspice Berries
1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
2 cups Water
1 head geen Cabbage , cut into 6 wedges, core removed
1 pkg Klondike Gourmet Medley Potatoes

Place steam rack into Instant Pot. Place corned beef on steam rack. Add 2 cups water and sprinkle corned beef with the spices. Pressure cook on high for 90 minutes, allowing pressure to release naturally.

Remove lid once pressure has released. Add cabbage and potatoes to the pot and pressure cook on high for an additional 5 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
