Ingredients

2 Pear , cored and sliced
4 Plums , peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 Orange , peeled and separated into sections
1 teaspoon grated Orange Zest
2 tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice
¾ cup white Grape Juice
1 tablespoon Lemon Extract
Topping
2 tablespoons Walnut Oil
¾ cup Maple Sugar
¼ cup gluten-free Oat Flour
1 tablespoon ground Cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground Ginger
½ teaspoon ground Cloves
½ cup coarsely chopped Hazelnuts
½ cup coarsely chopped Almonds
½ cup coarsely chopped Brazil Nuts

Preheat oven to 375°.

Combine the pears, plums, orange, orange zest, lemon juice, grape juice, and lemon extract in a large bowl. Pour into a lightly greased baking dish, and set aside.

Combine the walnut oil and maple sugar in a large bowl and beat until creamy.

Add the flour, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, hazelnuts, almonds, and Brazil nuts and mix well.

Place on top of the fruit mixture and spread evenly.
