Ingredients

For Crust
2 tbsp of raw Cacao Powder
½ tsp fresh grated Ginger root
½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Coconut Milk
5 tbsp raw Cane Sugar or coconut flower syrup
1/3 cup Cashew Powder
2/3 cup Walnuts
1 tsp Psyllium husks
Pinch of Vanilla Bean
1/3 cup young Coconut flesh
Mocha Cream
1 cup of Cashew Flour
1 cup of brewed Coffee
3 tbsp Peruvian Cacao Powder
5 tbsp raw coconut Crystalized Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/3 cup young Coconut flesh

Share

Fresh brewed coffee flavored cake with strawberries.

Done

Put all the ingredients into the food processor. Process but do not melt; walnut chunks must remain.

In a bottomless square size pastry mold press firmly the crust layer. Add the mocha layer.

Put banana slices all around at the sides. Spread ground cinnamon on top with strawberries. Serve chilled.
