Ingredients

50 g light-salted Salmon
¼ PCs ripe Avocado
fine Sea Salt to taste
20 PCs boiled Shrimp (peeled)
a handful Pistachios droblin
100 g Linguini
freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
50 g soft Dor Blue Cheese

This pasta is easy to turn into a salad if noodles linguine replace with salad pasta (e.g. fusilli or Penne). Shrimp thaw, the Gulf of boiling water and allowing to stand for some time.

Salmon cut into small pieces. Avocado peel (if avocado is ripe, it can be easily removed without special tools) and cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Pistachios crushed (with a knife, using a grater or blender).

In salted water boil the pasta (al dente). Drain the water, leaving little to the pasta was slightly damp. You can drizzle with olive oil.

Cover with a lid. Soft cheese to reheat in the microwave for about 30 seconds. If no soft cheese Dor blue, it can be replaced by 50 ml of cooking a 20 percent cream and add a few cubes of regular cheese Dor blue.

Lay the pasta on a dish in the form of the nest, then top salmon and shrimp. A thin stream pour the olive oil and send in for 1-2 minutes in the microwave to shrimp and salmon is warmed.
