Salt to taste
1 clove Garlic
1 kg Broccoli
4 tbsp Olive Oil "extra virgin"
400 g Penne Pasta
2-3 PCs anchovies Salt
a small pinch spicy Red Pepper

Divide broccoli into florets, remove the lower hard part of the stem. Rinse the anchovies under running water. remove the head, innards and backbone.

Cut the anchovies into small pieces. 2. In a large deep pan boil 2,5-3 litres of water, add salt and boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Approx 5 minutes until cooked add the pasta to the pan of broccoli. 3. While cooking pasta, in a large skillet, heat the oil, put the cleaned garlic clove and whole red pepper. Add the anchovies and, stirring constantly, to completely dissolve it on a very low heat.

4. Pasta with broccoli drain, gently Pat dry, add to the pan with flavored oil, stir and serve immediately.
