Ingredients

1 Avocado
Lemon Juice
½ young Coconut flesh
2 cups of Spinach leaves
1 medium Zucchini
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp dehydrated green Onion Powder
1 red Bell Peppers finely chopped
¼ cup of various Sprouts
Pinch of ground Black Pepper
1 small red hot Chili
½ tsp Kelp Powder
2 Tomatoes
1 tbsp Tamari
2 tbsp finely chopped Green Onion
Water as needed
½ minced Garlic clove
Salt

Done

Dehydrate the fresh onion for 14 hours and grind it. Keep aside the sprouts, the red bell pepper and the fresh green onion.

Remove the avocado kernel and peel the skin. Put in a food processor the rest of the ingredients and process.

Add water if needed. Pour the soup into a glass bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and serve.
