1 cup Apples , diced
¼ cup Maple Sugar
1½ cups gluten-free Oat Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 teaspoons Egg replacer
1 tablespoon ground Cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground Ginger
1 teaspoon ground Cloves
½ cup Almond Milk
⅓ cup Maple Syrup

Preheat oven to 375°.

In a medium bowl, combine the banana, apples, and maple sugar and set aside.

In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, egg replacer, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.

Make a well in the flour mixture and add the almond milk and maple syrup; mix thoroughly.

Place dough on a floured surface and roll out to ¼-inch thickness with a floured rolling pin.
