Breakfast casserole has never been a complex meal to prepare. With the readily available ingredients, be sure to enjoy this breakfast. It rich in the required nutrients; proteins, some carbs and lots of minerals.

Add oil to your pan and heat over medium-high heat, add leek, garlic and kale, cook for some minutes as you stir.

In a bowl, mix eggs with sausage and sweet potato and stir well.

Add sautéed veggies, stir, pour everything into your slow cooker, cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
