1.5 cups (0.35 lb) Pecans

2 tbsp Honey

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

2 tbsp Whole grain Flour

Prepare the DoughWhisk egg and honey. Add oil and nutmeg powder; mix all together using mixer or whisk. |

Form the dough into a ball, and place it in a bag in a freezer for 5–10 minutes. It will make the dough easier to work with. |

Prepare the FillingPut pecan halves into a bowl. Add one egg, honey, nutmeg powder, coconut oil, and 2 tbsp. of flour. Mix all ingredients well. |

Put the oven on preheat to 380°F. |

Prepare the BaseTake the dough out. Roll it using a rolling pin or bottle; then cut the circles from the dough. Use a glass to achieve perfect circles easily and accurately! |

Place the dough in a baking tray (you can use the tray for muffins). |

Place 1.5–2 tbsp. of filling in each tart. |

Place the tarts in the oven and bake for 30 minutes (380°F). |

When the tarts are ready, you will see the pecan halves turn a golden-brown color. |
