Steps

1
Done

Prepare the Dough

Mix egg and honey well. Add oil and nutmeg powder; mix all together using mixer or whisk. Add flour and mix the dough with hands.

2
Done

Form the dough into a ball and place it in a bag in a freezer for 5–10 minutes. It will make the dough easier to work with.

3
Done

Prepare the Filling

Cut pineapples and prunes into small pieces; put them in a bowl and add honey and oil. Mix thoroughly with a spoon.

4
Done

Put the oven on preheat to 380°F.

5
Done

Prepare the base

Take the dough out. Roll it using a rolling pin or bottle; then cut the circles from the dough. Use a glass to achieve perfect circles, easily and accurately!

6
Done

Place the dough in a baking tray (you can use the tray for muffins).

7
Done

Place 1.5–2 tbsp. of filling in each tart. The tart will look interesting if you divide pineapples and prunes.

8
Done

Place the tarts in the oven and bake for 30 minutes (380°F).
