Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
For the Burgers
¼ cup of Soy Sauce
1 clove of Garlic , crushed
1 teaspoon of Sriracha Sauce
¼ teaspoons of Salt
1 tablespoon of creamy Peanut Butter
1 1/3 pounds of lean ground Beef
Slider Buns , split open and toasted
For the Crema
½ cup of plain Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon of Lime Juice
1 teaspoon of Honey
1 tablespoon of Cilantro , minced
¼ teaspoons of Salt
2 drops of Sriracha Sauce

These are the perfect sliders to make during your fun game nights. Topped off with a cilantro lime cream and packed full of an authentic Thai flavor, these simple sliders are going to be a great addition in your home.

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium or high heat.

Prepare the burgers. In a bowl, add in the soy sauce, crushed garlic, Sriracha sauce, creamy peanut butter and dash of salt. Whisk well to mix.

In a bowl, add in the ground beer. Pour the soy sauce mix over the top and stir well to mix.

Divide the meat mix into 12 small patties. Place onto the grill. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Transfer onto the slider buns immediately.

Prepare the crema. In a bowl, add in the Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, minced cilantro, dash of salt and Sriracha sauce. Whisk until smooth in consistency. Drizzle over the sliders. Serve.
