2 Pear , peeled and halved
1 cup Ricotta
¼ cup confectioners’ Sugar

Combine the wine, sugar, cinnamon stick, and a pinch of salt in a large saucepan over high heat. Simmer and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the pears. Cook, turning occasionally, until the pears are tender and the liquid is syrupy, 30 to 40 minutes.

Whisk the ricotta, confectioners’ sugar, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Serve the pears and syrup over the ricotta.
