2 cups peeled and sliced Pear
¾ cup assorted unsulfured dried Fruits , finely chopped
½ cup pure date Sugar
½ cup pure Maple Syrup
½ teaspoon Allspice
½ teaspoon pure Almond Extract
1 prepared Piecrust
Topping
4 tablespoons vegan Margarine
¼ cup pure Maple Syrup
¼ cup pure date Sugar
½ teaspoon pure Almond Extract
1½ teaspoons Cinnamon
2½ cups Oat Flour
1¼ cups rolled Oats
1¼ cups Pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl combine the filling ingredients and mix well.

Pour this mixture into the prepared crust; bake for 15 minutes while you prepare the topping.

In a blender or food processor combine margarine, maple syrup, date sugar, extract, & cinnamon. Cream this mixture for 2 minutes.

Transfer mixture into a medium-size mixing bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.

Remove the pie from the oven; crumble on the topping.

Continue to bake for an additional 30 to 40 minutes.
