Ingredients

For Spinach Filling
4 cups of fresh chopped Spinach
2-3 tbsp soaked Pumpkin Seeds
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1/3 cup fresh young Coconut flesh
1 small Zucchini chopped and diced
3-4 tbsp finely chopped fresh Coriander
¼ cup finely chopped fresh and White Onions
3 tbsp finely chopped fresh Dill
Pinch of ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 medium minced Garlic cloves
For Garniture
Marinate Needle Mushrooms
Fresh diced Tomatoes
Fresh Onion
Fresh Parsley
Red Bell Peppers finely chopped

Souffle made by crunchy coconut paprika crust with spinach and pumpkin seeds filling and white oyster sauce on top.

Steps

For Spinach Filling

Put the coconut and the oil first in a food processor and process well.

Add the rest of the ingredients and process until it becomes a mixture with a smooth texture.

Remove the crust from dehydrator and fill it with spinach sauce.

Add the garniture with fresh vegetables.

Dehydrate for 30 minutes. Serve with oyster white sauce on top.
