1 medium-sized Onion

2 Tbsp Curry Powder

1 cup nonfat plain Greek Yogurt

Place half the chicken in the slow cooker. |

Combine salsa, onion, and curry powder in a medium-sized bowl. Pour half the sauce over the meat in the cooker. |

Repeat Steps 1 and 2. |

Cover and cook on High for 3 hours. Or cook on High for 1½ hours, and then turn cooker to Low and cook 3 more hours. |

Remove chicken to serving platter and cover to keep warm. |

Add nonfat plain Greek yogurt to the slow cooker and stir into salsa until well blended. Serve over the chicken. |
