Place Buttercream Frosting in a cake-decorating bag with a #1M tip and pipe onto cupcakes. |

Cut Starburst or Tootsie Roll in half and use your fingers to form a carrot nose shape. Place nose just off the center of the cupcake. |

Add pretzel sticks to both sides of the nose at a 45-degree angle to form the snowman’s arms. |

Add two mini chocolate chips to the top center of the cupcake for eyes and four or five mini chocolate chips below the nose to make a mouth. |

Repeat with remaining ingredients until you have twelve Snowman Cupcakes. |
