3 cups (300 g) allergy-friendly Rice flakes or quinoa flakes

This is a healthy, quick, and easy treat to make. Have your kids help you roll the mixture into balls.

Mix together the sunflower butter and honey. Stir in the rice flakes. Roll into small balls. You may roll the balls in additional rice flakes, if desired.
