Ingredients

2 pieces (200 grams) Salmon steaks
150 gr Penne Pasta
125 g Mini Mozzarella Cheese
120 g Kalamata Olives
1 piece Red Chillies pepper
100 grams The fresh Kenyan Beans
100 ml White Wine (dry)
3 sprigs green Basil
1 clove Garlic (cisen)
Olive Oil Extra virgin 75 -100 ml
Sea Salt
Olive Oil 70 ml
2 cloves Garlic (cisen)
2 fresh sprigs Thyme
White Pepper

For the marinade, crush the garlic with a knife. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper, mix well. In a prepared marinade put the steak, mix gently. Leave for an hour in the fridge.

For the garnish, boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Beans to blanchonnet, cool and split lengthwise into half. From olives to remove the seeds, mozzarella cut into halves, chili cut into rings, removing the seeds, chop the garlic and Basil.
