Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
⅔ cup sliced Yellow Onion
⅔ cup chopped Tomato (fresh or canned)
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
¼ cup Rice Milk (Rice Dream)
2 teaspoons Curry Powder
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup chopped Basil
2 cups cooked Garbanzo Beans
⅔ cups sliced red Bell Peppers
½ cup Hijiki Seaweed (soaked in hot water then drained; optional)

In a large saucepan sauté the onions and tomatoes in the oil.

Add the rice milk then whisk in the spices.
