Ingredients

1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Yellow Onion , diced
2 cloves Garlic , minced
1 Jalapeno Pepper , minced
½ cup Water
1 Tomato , chopped
1 orange Bell Peppers , chopped
1 cup Navy Beans , cooked
2 tablespoons fresh Basil , chopped
1 cup Basmati Rice , cooked
1 tablespoon fresh Ginger , minced
Sea Salt to taste
½ teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 jar Chili Sauce
Tortillas of your choice

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and sauté the onion, garlic, and jalapeño pepper until the onion is translucent.

Add water, tomato, orange pepper, navy beans, basil, rice, ginger, salt, pepper, and cayenne and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.

Place a few tablespoons of mixture on a tortilla and roll up to form wrap. Serve with chili sauce.
