8 ounces Fettuccine (½ box)
¾ pound Italian Sausages links, casings removed
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
½ small Savoy Cabbage , thinly sliced (about 6 cups)
3 Shallots , sliced
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
¾ cup low-sodium Chicken broth
¼ cup chopped fresh Chives

Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain.

Brown the sausage, breaking it up with a spoon, in 1 tablespoon of the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, 5 to 6 minutes; remove.

Wipe out the skillet. Add the remaining tablespoon of oil, the cabbage, shallots, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper to the skillet; cook over medium heat for 6 minutes. Add the broth and simmer until tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Toss with the pasta, sausage, and chives.
