900 g grass-fed Beef steaks (such as T-Bone)
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Cinnamon-Sage
1½ tablespoons Sea Salt
¾ tablespoon dried Sage
¾ teaspoon ground Cinnamon
Herbed
1 tablespoon smoked Sea Salt
1 tablespoon dried Rosemary
1 tablespoon dried Thyme
½ tablespoon dried Sage

Choose which variation of the rub you will be making, and combine the salt, herbs and spices together in a small bowl.

Rub the mixture on both sides of the steaks.

Heat the coconut oil in a cast-iron frying pan on medium–high heat. When the fat has melted and the pan is hot, cook the steaks 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
