Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
100 g ground Almonds
2½ tablespoons raw Cacao Powder , plus extra for dusting
½ teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Peppermint extract
2½ tablespoons pure Maple Syrup

These little babies are a great palate cleanser!

Steps

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place the ground almonds, cacao powder, vanilla, peppermint and maple syrup in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. The mixture should be a little sticky. If it is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of water.

Scoop out 1 heaped tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball using wet hands.

Place the balls on the lined baking tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

To serve, lightly dust with extra cacao powder. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
