Adjust Servings:
2 cups chopped Onion & 2 minced garlic cloves
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Salt , ground black pepper to taste
4 pounds Pork shoulder
1 tsp dried Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
½ cup Chicken broth & ½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup Tomato Paste & 2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp Mustard Powder & 1 cup tomato paste
