5 Apples , sliced
5 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 cup of Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Lemon Zest , minced
half cup of Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Cinnamon
1 cup of Sugar
3 Egg
2 tsp Baking Soda

Preheat the oven to 280˚-310˚ Fahrenheit and then coat the pie pan with the baking spray.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the sliced apples, minced lemon zest, lemon juice and cinnamon and cook for around 10-15 min.

Beat the eggs with the sugar using a hand mixer until the mixture becomes foamy and grows in volume at least two times.

Add the flour and beat the eggs mixture for 10 min. more. Then mix in the baking soda and pour the mixture into the apples and mix well.

Spoon the apples mixture into the pie pan and bake for 55 min. until golden brown and crispy.
