1½ Tbsp grated fresh Ginger
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
3 Tbsp low-sodium, gluten-free Soy Sauce or liquid aminos, optional
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper , optional
1⁄3 cup all-natural Peanut Butter , your choice of chunky or smooth

Place the turkey on the bottom of your slow cooker.

Sprinkle with garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.

Cover and cook on Low 8 hours or until meat thermometer registers 180°.

With a slotted spoon, remove turkey pieces from the slow cooker. Stir peanut butter into remaining juices. If the sauce is thicker than you like, stir in ¼–⅓ cup water.
