1 large English Cucumber
1 tbsp Butter
¼ tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp dried Rosemary , very finely chopped

Cut the ends off the cucumber and cut in half.  Slice the two halves in half lengthwise to make 4 “boats”.  Scrape a teaspoon down the length of each piece to remove the seeds.  Cut the cucumber pieces crosswise into ¼ “ slices.

Melt the butter in a large skillet, add the sea salt, dried rosemary, and cucumber slices, and sauté over a medium heat, stirring often, until crisp tender and just starting to brown – about 10 minutes.
