1 sliced Carrots
2 cups Cauliflower
½ cup chopped Green Onion
1 Tbsp minced Ginger
Salt
1 Tsp ground Black Pepper to taste
2 cups Beef Broth
2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
4 pounds Pork belly, cubed
