Ingredients

½ pound ground Chicken (or pork or beef or shrimp)
2 cup finely shredded Cabbage
2 green Onion , thinly sliced
1 teaspoons finely grated Ginger
1 small Garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (or 1 teaspoon weipa)
2 teaspoons Sake
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Pinch ground Black Pepper
40 Gyoza Wrappers
¼ cup Water
1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
For Serving
Green Onion , thinly sliced, to serve
Soy Sauce to serve

Put, into food processor, ground chicken, white cabbage, green onion, finely grated ginger, garlic clove, soy sauce (or weipa), sake, sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper.

Turn the food processor in several strokes. This is the filling.

Wet one half edge of a wrapper with water.

Put 1 teaspoon filling at the center of each gyoza wrapper.

Close the wrapper by bringing the dry edge to the wetted edge.

Pleats may be made along the edge.

Put the wrapped gyoza on the skillet close together.

Add 1 teaspoon salad oil and ¼ cup water.

Heat at medium high heat until the bottom becomes brown color.

Turn over the gyoza and continue heating until the other side browns.
