1⁄3 cup uncooked Quinoa
1⁄3 cup uncooked Millet
1⁄3 cup uncooked Brown Rice
4 cups Water
¼ tsp Salt
½ cup Raisins or dried cranberries
¼ cup chopped Nuts , optional
1 tsp Vanilla Extract , optional
½ tsp ground Cinnamon , optional
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup , optional

Wash the quinoa, millet, and brown rice and rinse well.

Place the grains, water, and salt in a slow cooker. Cook on Low until most of the water has been absorbed, about 3 hours.

Add dried fruit and any optional ingredients, and cook for 30 minutes more. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water. Serve hot or cold.
