Ingredients

60 g rolled Oats
½ cup (125 ml) semi- Skimmed Milk
50 g low-fat plain Yoghurt
1 teaspoon finely grated fresh Ginger
½ large Peach , stone removed and diced
15 g Walnuts , roughly chopped

Then you need to try this combo! The zing of fresh ginger works so well with peach. This recipe is perfect for cool autumn mornings.

Place the oats, milk, yoghurt, ginger and peach in a bowl and mix until well combined.

Pour the oat mixture into a bowl or jar. Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator to chill overnight.

To serve, stir the overnight oats and sprinkle over the walnuts.
