Move over, cinnamon buns! Not only is this recipe easy to make, but it smells incredible when baking. When roasted, pineapple tastes sweeter and becomes even easier to digest. Enjoy as a special treat during Phases 1 and 3 of the Hot Detox when you are craving something sweet.
