2 teaspoons Canola Oil , plus more for the grill
4 English Muffins , split
4 large Egg
1 large Tomato , sliced

Combine the beef, bacon, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper.

Form the beef into four ¾-inch-thick patties. Oil the grill rack and grill, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Grill the English muffins, split-side down, until toasted, 10 to 20 seconds.

Cook the eggs in oil, covered, in a large skillet over medium heat, 2 to 3 minutes for slightly runny yolks. Season with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
