1 finely grated Lime Juice and zest

The refreshing, zingy flavors of mango and lime complement the salmon perfectly in this superfood-packed meal.

Preheat the broiler to medium–high and line the broiler rack with aluminum foil.

Put the lime juice, honey, and half the dill in a wide bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Add the salmon and turn to coat in the glaze. Arrange the salmon on the broiler rack, then broil, turning once, for 8–10 minutes, or until browned and the fish flakes easily when pressed with a knife.

Meanwhile, to make the salsa, put the mango, lime zest and juice, coconut, and remaining dill in a small bowl and mix well.
