Directions
This apple cinnamon French pie is yummy and easy to cook. This is a sugar-free recipe. Recipe is for one 9″ pie, 8 portions.

Grate the lemon peel; keep 2 tsp. of lemon peel for the pie. |

Prepare the DoughWhisk egg and honey. Add oil, 1 tsp. of the lemon peel, and cinnamon. Mix all together using mixer or whisk. Add flour and mix the dough with hands. |

Form the dough in a ball, and place it in a bag in a freezer for 5–10 minutes. It will make the dough more elastic and easier to work with. |

Prepare the FillingClean apples—remove the peel and stones; slice apples into thin pieces. |

Put the oven on preheat to 380°F. |

Now let’s prepare the pie base. Take the dough out. Roll it using a rolling pin or bottle. Cut the dough. You can use a lid of the proper size to achieve a perfect circle shape. |

Place the dough on a wax paper and put it on a round tray. |

Prepare the FillingAccurately place apple slices in your pie. You will need to put them in a circle. |

When first layer is ready, accurately pour 1 tbsp. of honey on it and sprinkle with cinnamon. |

Then make the second layer put slices in a circle but in the opposite direction. When you finish, pour out 1 tbsp. of a honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Add the rest of the lemon peel on the top (1 tsp.). |

Place the pie in the oven and bake for 40 minutes (380°F). When the pie is ready, you will see the apples turn a golden color. |
