Ingredients

1 cup of soaked and peeled Almonds
1 medium shredded Carrots
2 tbsp chopped Turnip
1 red or green chopped Bell Peppers
2 tbsp chopped Spinach leaves
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
5 slices of soaked sun-dried Tomatoes
1 tsp chopped Garlic clove
1 tbsp chopped Green Onion
1 tbsp chopped White Onions
1 tsp ground Flax Seeds
1 tsp Psyllium
1 tbsp Tamari
Pinch of Paprika
Pinch of ground White Pepper
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Salt
Water as needed (can use the tomato soaked water)

Small baskets stuffed with fresh veggies and refreshing guacamole Mexican sauce.

Steps

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse for a few times; avoid to melt them. It must become a sticky paste.

Use bottomless pastry molds to form the paste.

Dehydrate as long as it needs to become crunchy; over 8 hours depending on the  thickness.
