4 Egg , large
½ bunch of ½-inch chunked Asparagus
½ Cauliflower with heads removed and florets crumbled
1 cup of quartered Tomatoes , grape
3 chopped Green Onion
½ tsp of Garlic Powder
1 tsp of Oregano , dried

This recipe is for superfood in cups. They’re easily made and you can refrigerate them for several days and use them for nutritious and convenient to-go breakfasts or snacks.

Preheat the oven to 375F.

Pour the eggs into small sized bowl. Add oregano and garlic. Mix by whisking.

Portion out the veggies in 6-large muffin cups. Begin with cauliflower.

Pour the egg mixture to cover the cups. They should be about ¾ full. 5. Bake at 375F for 18-20 minutes and serve while warm or chilled.
