1½ pounds ground Beef
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
4 Hamburger Buns (split)
1 (1¼ ounce) envelope Hollandaise Sauce mix
1½ tsp stone-ground Mustard
Nonstick baking spray
4 large Egg
4 Lettuce leaves
4 slices Tomato
6 cooked Bacon strips (halved)

Eggs Benedict gets a meaty makeover with ground beef to deliver an appetite crushing breakfast or brunch.

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the salt and pepper, and lightly mix to thoroughly combine.

Using clean hands shape the mixture into 4 (½” thick patties).

Over moderate heat, covered, grill the burgers for 4-6 minutes on each side, until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the mean registers 160 degrees F.

Next, grill the buns, cut side facing downward, until golden and toasted.

In the meantime, prepare the hollandaise sauce, using milk according to the manufacturer's instructions. Stir in the mustard and keep the sauce warm.
