Ingredients

12 cherry Tomatoes , halved
1½ cups whole Green Beans , cut into 1-inch/2.5-cm pieces
8 oz (225 g) Zucchini , sliced thinly
Greens Salad
12 oz (350 g) canned Tuna in brine, drained and flaked
fresh Parsley , to garnish
For the Dressing
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp plain Yogurt
2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
Salt
Black Pepper

To make the dressing, put the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a screw-topped jar and shake together until the ingredients are well blended.

Put the tomatoes, beans, zucchini, and mushrooms in a bowl. Pour over the dressing and marinate for about 1 hour.

Arrange the salad leaves on a serving dish. Add the vegetables and then the tuna, and garnish with parsley.
