1 lb unpeeled, large raw Shrimp (31/40 count)
2 Tbsp Canola Oil
2 medium Onion , chopped
2 green Bell Peppers , chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika
¼ tsp ground Red Pepper
1 lb fresh jumbo lump Crab meat, drained
Hot cooked Rice

Peel shrimp; devein, if desired. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and green pepper; sauté 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Add shrimp, ½ cup water, salt, paprika, and red pepper. Cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in crabmeat. Cook over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or just until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
