As you may already know, egg features prominently in cuisines all over the world, and there are different variations of it, especially omelet. The Bulgarians have their own variation of the brown on the outside, whitish and creamy on the inside delight. Yes, Mish Mash is the Bulgarian version of an omelet. It is perfect for either breakfast or lunch. The recipe below will ensure that you get the best out of this delicacy.

Dice the bell peppers and cut the tomatoes.

Pour the oil in a pan and heat over medium heat. Put the onions and garlic in the oil and sauté for 2 minutes, just enough for the onions to become soft.

Add the bell peppers and mix. Then, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Now, put the tomatoes ad mix again. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the sirene and mix. Add the eggs and mix at intervals.
