Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 portion of Pizza Dough
100 g Vegan Cheese , grated
½ portion of Marinara Sauce
120 g Beans from Dirty beans on toast, or use tinned black beans in a chilli sauce
Handful of Nachos (any flavour)
3 Jalapeno Pepper , thinly sliced
1 Avocado , cut in half and stoned
2 Rocket Chillies , deseeded and finely chopped
Pinch of Salt
¼ Lime Juice
Vegan Mayonnaise or sour cream, to serve

Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/350°F/gas 4.

Start by preparing the pizza base and sauce. Spread the sauce evenly over the base and sprinkle with the grated vegan cheese.

Add the beans, a tablespoon at a time, and spread them over the pizza. Next, crush the nachos slightly then scatter them over. Top with the jalapeño slices. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Scoop out the avocado flesh and mush it up in a bowl using a fork, then add the chillies. Sprinkle with the salt and lime juice and set aside.

Once the pizza is cooked, spoon on the avocado, in dollops or spread evenly. Drizzle with vegan mayo or sour cream. Cut into slices and enjoy!
