1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
¾ cup (190 ml) semi- Skimmed Milk
1 teaspoon pure Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract
10 g flaked Almonds
½ medium Apples

Place the oats, chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla and almonds in a bowl and stir until well combined.

Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator to soak overnight.

The next morning, roughly dice the apple.

To serve, transfer the bircher to a serving bowl or jar and stir through the apple.
