2 Avocados
1 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
3 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh Cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons fresh Lime Juice
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon minced Red Onion
1 ounce (30 g) Radish , cut into matchsticks (¼ cup)
2 tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds , toasted
Lime wedges, optional
Persian Cucumber , optional
Whole grain Tortilla Chips , optional

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Holding the halves in your hand, slice the flesh into chunks inside the skin, then scoop out into a bowl, using a spoon.

Season with the black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, and salt. Mash with the back of a fork, then fold in the cilantro, lime juice, and red onion.

Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with radish and pumpkin seeds.
