Giving up grain doesn’t need to be a drag for you. Grain free foods can be enjoyable. These Paleo breakfast burritos offer great flavor, without flavorless, floppy flour tortillas.

Sauté vegetables in small amount of oil on med-high.

Whisk eggs in small sized bowl. Pour over vegetables.

Scramble mixture in skillet with spatula till cooked completely through. Remove eggs from pan.

Roll ham slices around eggs. Return to skillet. Grill for several seconds on each side. 5. Serve with guacamole, salsa, etc., with cilantro to garnish.
