Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 medium Yellow Onion , chopped 2 shallots, minced
2 cloves Garlic , minced 1 stalk celery, chopped
1 large Tomato , chopped 1 cup vegetable broth
1 package firm Tofu , diced 1 cup asparagus, sliced
½ cup Chickpeas , cooked
¼ teaspoon Caraway Seeds
½ teaspoon Hungarian paprika Sea Salt to taste
½ teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
¼ cup Tahini

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and sauté onion, shallots, garlic and celery until the onion is translucent.

Add tomato and vegetable broth and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add tofu, asparagus, chickpeas, caraway seeds, paprika, salt, and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the Bragg’s Liquid Aminos and stir well. Serve with tahini.
