1 pound well-trimmed Beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 (8-ounce) can no-salt-added Tomato Sauce
3 cups Water
1 teaspoon dried Rosemary
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Zucchini , cut into ½-inch chunks
3 Carrots , cut into ½-inch chunks
1 Onion , cut into chunks
1 teaspoon browning and Seasoning Sauce

Place flour in a shallow dish; add beef chunks and toss to coat completely.

In a soup pot over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add beef and sauté 8 to 10 minutes, or until browned on all sides.

Add tomato sauce, water, rosemary, salt, and pepper; mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 1 hour.

Add the remaining ingredients, increase heat to high, and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 45 to 50 minutes, or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
