cut certified gluten-free oats 1 cup (175 g) packed dried sulfite-free Apricots or apple pieces, chopped

These squares are easy and have no added sugar. This is a great breakfast treat on the go.

Steps

Cook quinoa or oats according to package directions until very soft. Stir in dried fruit pieces.

Pour mixture into a greased 8-inch (20-cm) square baking dish. Smooth top evenly. Let cool completely in the refrigerator until firm.

Cut into 1-inch (2.5-cm) square pieces. Refrigerate until chilled.
