Ingredients

1 cup of Almonds (soaked and skin removed)
2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
½ Tomato diced
2 tbsp fresh Onion chopped
½ Garlic cloves
Pinch of ground White Pepper
¼ cup fresh Basil leaves
2 tbsp Tamari
1 tbsp Psyllium husks
1 tbsp or more Rice Vinegar
Salt
3 tbsp grated white Horseradish
For the Vegetables Filling
6-8 Asparagus (the softer fresh parts)
6 Carrots cut into sticks
1 red Bell Peppers cut into sticks
2 sun dried seaweeds Nori Sheets

Vegetables, almond nut sushi rolls with broccoli sprout salad.

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse 3-4 times to chop them into small rice size. Place the ingredients in a glass bowl for 1 hour to marinate.

Sprinkle the vegetables with salt and a little oil and let them for 30 minutes to marinate.

Place a nori sheet over a sushi mat.

Apply a thin rice layer letting 1 inch free space at the front and the back side.
