¼ pound thinly sliced Salami
4 cups baby Spinach
½ pound thinly sliced Provolone Cheese
1 tablespoon Olive Oil , plus more for the baking sheet

Shape the dough into a 12-by-15-inch rectangle. Top with the salami, spinach, and provolone.

Roll up the dough, working from a short end. Place the rolled dough seam-side down on an oiled baking sheet and brush with the olive oil. Bake at 425°F until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
